Relationship Counseling (Marriage, Couples, Parents)

All relationships can suffer from a lack of connection between the two people involved, whether it be spouses, a parent and child, or best friends. I offer counseling for romantic, familial, and platonic relationships. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) techniques to teach my clients positive communication skills to strengthen emotional intimacy and trust. I help my clients to achieve long lasting relationships and to feel confident connecting with the important people in their lives.

I can meet my clients individually, as couples, or as families. I see clients of all cultural backgrounds, gender and sexual orientations, and ages. For questions or to schedule an appointment, contact me at 949-954-0750. For information on my insurance policy, please visit my fees and insurance page.
